What's up at Team Bristol Racing? Deborah Renshaw, an up and coming star of motorsports, has been released as the ROOKIE DRIVER of the #54 BGN Series car by owner, Rick Goodwin.
Goodwin had recently signed the young Renshaw and slated her to debut in the BGN Series during November's Homestead race.
Renshaw, whom is recovering from a broken foot... that resulted from an accident at Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC during October, was unable to make her debut with Team Bristol Racing.
Goodwin had announced in October, that the #54 car would be Renshaw's ride upon her recovery.
There's more to this story than meets the eye!
Renshaw said that she will make an announcement in the coming weeks regarding her plans to race during 2003!
Deborah Renshaw can drive the wheels off of a race car and would be a beautiful marketing tool for a smart company to pick up and sponsor!
